She knows that when people come together with purpose, compassion, and a little innovation, they can help others move forward from even the most difficult moments.

Adam is a behavioral health and developmental disability services leader with more than 20 years of experience designing and overseeing programs that support individuals with complex behavioral and mental health needs. A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Adam has worked across crisis stabilization programs, community-based residential services, and clinical behavioral health settings throughout California. His experience includes developing specialized services within regulatory frameworks governed by the California Department of Social Services (CDSS) and the Department of Developmental Services (DDS). Adam has collaborated closely with regional centers, clinical providers, and community partners to ensure individuals receive compassionate, effective, and high-quality care.

Adam cofounded Capable Without Conditions with a shared belief that crisis services should be both effective and deeply human. He believes that the best outcomes occur when people feel respected, supported, and understood, and when staff are empowered to bring creativity and compassion to their work. Adam is passionate about creating environments where teams can grow, learn, and support one another while helping individuals move through difficult moments with dignity and stability.

Adam oversees clinical strategy, behavioral program development, and workforce training across CWC’s specialized crisis services. He is particularly interested in developing systems that support both staff and the people they serve, ensuring that even in moments of crisis, individuals are treated with respect and given meaningful opportunities to move forward.

Adam enjoys spending time with his wife and their two daughters. As a family, they love visiting new places, exploring different cultures through food, and unwinding together at home watching their favorite sci-fi shows.
